Why people pick France
Our French cities are Paris and Marseille. Many undersea cables come ashore in Marseille, so it can be the shorter route from North Africa and the Middle East. Paris is the usual pick for French expats catching up on TV or dealing with public services, and Pro passes can take a French dedicated IP.
