1. What's the core rule?
Stay within the law, and don't use VPNPass to hurt people, networks or services.
It applies to the VPN as well as every proxy product we sell.
2. What is banned?
Through VPNPass, you may not:
- break the law, or help someone else do it
- send spam, unsolicited ads or bulk messages
- probe, attack or gain unauthorized access to systems, denial-of-service attacks included
- spread malicious software or run a phishing site
- copy or share pirated material
- harass, threaten or cheat other people
- sell or lend out your account unless we have agreed to it
3. Whose laws apply?
Both the laws where you are and the laws where you connect. Some countries limit or forbid VPNs, and keeping to the rules is up to you. We cannot give you legal advice.
4. With no logs, how is abuse found?
Through credible reports, and through problems visible on the network itself, like a sudden surge of outgoing spam or attack traffic.
Depending on the case, the account may be restricted, put on hold or closed. A closed account's remaining days and balance are not paid back.
5. How do I report abuse?
Use the Contact us tab in My info. If you know the dates or IP addresses involved, please include them.
6. Can this policy change?
Yes, when needed. The date at the top tells you which version is current.
