1. What am I paying for?
Two things, sold separately. A VPN pass lets the VPNPass app carry your device's traffic through an encrypted tunnel to one of our servers in 44 countries, and from there to the internet. Proxies give your software IP addresses to send requests through.
Whatever the tier, a VPN pass opens the full server list and comes with a kill switch, split tunneling, DNS leak protection and three protocols to pick from (WireGuard, OpenVPN UDP/TCP, IKEv2). Traffic and speed are not metered or throttled. Basic, Plus and Pro differ in device count and in extras such as Double VPN and a dedicated IP.
2. How do accounts work?
At sign-up you choose between an email address with a password (8 characters or more) and an account token that the sign-up page creates and displays one time. Token accounts give us no email, name or phone number.
VPNPass never sends email. Email addresses are not checked, passwords have no reset option, and tokens cannot be sent again. Because of this, nobody can prove ownership of an account to us, and we cannot restore access to one. Storing your login safely is up to you.
Anyone holding your password or token can act as you, and you answer for what happens in your account. A single IP address may open at most 3 accounts.
3. How is the balance funded and used?
Everything you buy is paid from a balance held in US dollars, loaded in advance. Each top-up can be anywhere from $5 to $5,000 and is paid in crypto on the PayGate checkout page. Accepted coins: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, LTC.
The balance never expires. It stays in the account it was paid into: no withdrawals, no conversion back to crypto and no transfers to other users.
Funds are credited after the network confirms the payment. If the coin, network or amount differs from the checkout page, the credit may be late or may not happen at all.
4. What happens at checkout?
You collect VPN passes and proxy orders in the cart, which your browser keeps until you pay and which holds up to 10 lines. At checkout the whole cart is charged to your balance in one go. Current prices are on /plans and on each product page under /proxies.
A VPN pass is Basic, Plus or Pro for 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, and the full price of the term is charged when you check out. It begins at once, or, if you already have a pass running, on the day that pass ends.
A VPN pass does not include any proxy. Residential, unlimited residential, static ISP and datacenter proxies are ordered on their own. After checkout an order reads Activating until it is ready. An order we fail to activate is refunded to your balance in full.
5. Does anything renew?
No. We only take money from your balance when you check out. A pass or proxy order that reaches its end simply stops, and it stays stopped until you buy again.
A VPN pass bought while another is active is queued behind it.
6. Apps, and how many devices
We are still preparing the apps and configuration files. Once released, they will be offered in My info under Get the apps to accounts whose VPN pass still has days left.
Basic lets 6 devices connect together, Plus 10 and Pro 12, and a router uses one of those slots. There is no cap on installs, only on simultaneous connections.
7. Is a refund possible?
Yes, for your account's first VPN pass, if you ask within 7 days of the purchase. The money returns to your balance, and this is possible one time per account. Proxy orders and other cases are covered in the Refund Policy.
8. What am I not allowed to do?
Anything the Acceptable Use Policy forbids or the law where you are prohibits. A few countries limit VPN use, and finding out what applies to you is your responsibility.
Accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy can be restricted, put on hold or shut down. Any days or balance left on a shut-down account are lost.
9. What is VPNPass responsible for?
We aim to keep every server online, yet outages can still happen because of maintenance or events beyond our control.
We also cannot promise that a given website will load through VPNPass, since some sites restrict VPN traffic. Where the law permits, the most we owe you is the price you paid for your current VPN pass.
10. Can these terms change?
Yes. If the service changes, these terms may too, and the date at the top marks the current version. If you keep using VPNPass once a new version is posted, you are agreeing to it.
11. Who do I ask about these terms?
Us. Write from the Contact us tab in My info.
