Install VPNPass on each device
Apps will cover phones, computers and Android TV. A router gets a WireGuard config file instead. Log in to the app with the method you used to sign up.
Downloads are for customers who have paid.
Once a VPN pass is paid, My info > Get the apps shows the download steps. Neither the apps nor the router config file is finished yet.

How many devices per account?
Each account can keep several devices online together: six on Basic, ten on Plus, twelve on Pro. A router counts once, however many gadgets sit behind it.
Before you set up a device
Where will the apps be?
Apps go to customers who hold a VPN pass. With an active pass, My info > Get the apps shows each supported device. We're still building the apps, so every entry currently just says its file isn't ready yet. Once a file is finished, that entry is where you'll download it.
After installing, sign in to the app the way you signed up on the site: email and password, or your account token.
Is there a cap on installs?
There is no cap on installs. The limit is on devices online together: 6 on Basic, 10 on Plus, 12 on Pro.
Routers use a WireGuard file instead of an app. Import it into a router that supports WireGuard, and every device behind it goes through the VPN while the router counts as a single device.
Common questions
Is there a free trial of the app?
No. Apps and config files are only for accounts with a VPN pass. What you can do is buy a pass and decide within 7 days: an account's first VPN pass is refundable to your balance on request in that window.
Will the apps show up in the app stores?
Not yet. When the apps are ready, you'll get them from My info > Get the apps.
What happens when I switch to a new phone?
Once the apps are out, install the app on the new phone and sign in with your email and password or your token, as before. A phone that isn't connected doesn't use up a device slot.
Where's a good place to start?
With whatever joins public Wi-Fi most, which for most people is a phone or a laptop. Once that's running, move on to the others. For a TV or console, the router setup saves you from installing anything on them.
