Allowlists and login checks
Think of a web shop's back office, a remote desktop gateway at work, or a cloud console. Many of these let in only addresses on a list. Have your dedicated IP added, and that door opens from your sofa, a cafe or a hotel abroad.
Services that freeze an account or demand extra checks whenever the login IP changes calm down too. Ad managers and team tools are frequent cases.
Fewer captchas than shared IPs
Mixing with other users on a shared address is good for privacy. The downside: a site that counts dozens of sign-ins from one IP grows suspicious and throws up puzzles or blocks.
With a dedicated IP you look like one steady visitor, and those checks become rarer.
Ten countries to choose from
Go with the country the service already knows you from. With work systems, that tends to be the country of the office or the server.

Getting it
On the plans page, choose Pro, pick a term and a dedicated IP country, and add it to your cart. Pay from your balance in the cart. When the apps are out, the address will show in the server list once it is set up.
Use it only when the fixed address matters. For everything else, any shared server will do.
- Plans page: Pro, term and dedicated IP country, then Add to cart
- Cart: log in and pay from your balance
- App (once released): server list > Dedicated IP > Connect
